HOW TO CONSIGN
WE ACCEPT: Small sofas, small end tables, dining sets, bedroom pieces (NO mattresses), dining/kitchen furniture, small desks and tables, antique/vintage pieces in excellent condition, lamps, prints.
COLLECTIBLES: Limited edition art prints, Royal Albert, Mikasa, Royal Doulton, crystal, and any antique/vintage decor in mint condition
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: Clean and excellent quality kitchen wares, table runners, tablecloths, decorative pillows and home decor
WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Mattresses, used linens, used luggage, used clothing, electronics (TVs, computers, gadgets), used towels and bedding and cushions or pillows/cases, greasy or unclean glassware or kitchen items, musty-smelling items; cribs and baby toys. No clothing, purses or jewelry.
Depending on our floor space and current inventory, we will let you know if we can take your item(s). We like to sell "in season" i.e. patio/lawn furniture. All items need to be in excellent condition, no chips, clean, polished and odor free

HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Thank you for choosing to consign your items with Around My House Consignment. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any or all of the items consigned will sell however we will do our best to promote and sell each item for you. Appointments are booked during business hours and is limited to 20 items per contract. While you browse in the store we will review the items and return items to you that are not a fit for the store.
PRICING YOUR ITEMS
In this very competitive market, we need to price things very effectively and realistically without compromising quality. WE ALSO TAKE REASONABLE OFFERS ON ALL ITEMS in order to keep our inventory fresh and to keep our ultimate goal of selling your items. We reserve the right to reduce items to half price in the last 2 weeks of the contract.
We will go over contract with you at the time of appointment.
